Our Courses
What We Do
Upon Request Health Resources Inc. is an official licensed professional trainer of the American heart Association and the America Red Cross. We currently offer two types of training sessions for individuals including blended learning and on-site training. We also offer corporate on site training at your location for a small service fee for 10 participates or more. On site and online training is available days, evenings and weekends to fit your staffing and scheduling needs.

Our Courses
Our courses follow the latest guidelines and offer same day American Heart Association and American Red Cross Certification.
HeartSavers
Course Details:
Learn the basics of CPR – cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Gain the skills and confidence necessary to perform this life-saving procedure when it’s needed most.
First Aid
Course Details:
Learn first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.
Pediatric First Aid
Course Details:
Trains participants how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Course Details:
Trains medical professionals, health care workers, and students to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

Babysitters Training
Course Details:
Start your babysitting business on the right foot and learn how to be a safe, professional and reliable sitter. Get certified in First Aid and CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, and add even more value to your clients.
CPRO
Course Details:
(CPR for the professional rescuer) American Red Cross Only… Designed to simplify learning during class and to be used as an on the job refresher tool.

10-Hour OSHA Training
Course Details:
This courses will explain OSHA’s role in worker safety and health, jobsite hazard recognition, correction and prevention methods and how to read the OSHA standards. Participants will receive a completion card from the U.S. Department of Labor OSHA certifying successful completion of the OSHA 10-Hour course.

30-Hour OSHA Training
Course Details:
This courses will explain OSHA’s role in worker safety and health, jobsite hazard recognition, correction and prevention methods and how to read the OSHA standards. Participants will receive a completion card from the U.S. Department of Labor OSHA certifying successful completion of the OSHA 30-Hour course.
This course is for senior level factory employee’s (mangers and supervisors, health care professionals, warehouse and plant supervisors, safety managers, and more).
Blended Learning Courses
Online – The blended learning courses consist of an online program and a required in person skill practice and assessment session. The online portion of the course features simulation learning and engaging virtual environment covering the same base knowledge and skills of the instructor led course. At the end of the online component, learners must pass the cognitive assessment (written exam) in order to receive their completion certification.
In Person Skills Practice – Focus on demonstration and practice for learners to apply what they have learned in the online components and familiarize themselves with class equipment such as mannequins, pocket mask, AED’s and more.

Certifications
Upon successful completion of our training courses, learners will receive a digital certificate from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Certificates are valid for 2 years. Each digital certificate has its on unique id or code that allows for easy confirmation, for validity, and all authenticity. These online certificates provide learners access to their certificate anytime, anywhere. Digital certificates are not available for OSHA training courses.
